DeltaCare USA is a managed dental care plan, or DMO. Much like medical HMOs, dental maintenance organizations require that you receive all of your dental care from a limited network of contracted dental offices. These networks are generally quite small. Before enrolling, make sure that the dentist you wish to see is in this plan's DMO network. Dental services are provided by your primary care dentist, who can refer you, when necessary, to other dentists within the plan's network. To participate in the DeltaCare USA plan, you must live in one of the zip code service areas served by this DMO.
