All enrolled HSS employee members, retiree members and dependents are invited to this free event. You must complete a pass to enter. Complete in advance, or at the door when you arrive at the event.

Retiree Craft Exhibit
Do some early holiday shopping at the fair, and celebrate creativity in retirement. The craft exhibit will feature the work of retiree members - photography, jewelry, woodworking and more. Research has shown that cultivating creativity as we grow older can contribute to healthy aging, including better brain function and emotional well being.
Games & Prizes
This year the fair's theme is reach for the stars. Attendees will be able to play "Dancing with the Stars" Wii, spinner wheels and other games to compete for prizes on the floor. All fair attendees will be entered in a grand prize drawing. In addition to the table game prizes, the fair's grand prizes include two bicycles, a FitBit, an Ipod Nano with Nike sport kit, and a Nintendo Wii Fit!

Free Seasonal Flu Shots
Free flu shots for adult employees, retirees and dependents will once again be offered at the fair. You must complete an intake form and show your medical ID card to take advantage of free flu shots. We strive to offer the best service possible - but supplies and staffing are limited. This year we are increasing the number of clinicians so we can provide faster flu shot service. We will also track the wait for flu shots at the fair in real time via twitter. Either subscribe to our HSS_SF twitter feed, or watch the postings from the fair on the right column of this page.
Free Health Screenings
The fair will feature free health screenings, including:
Blood Pressure Check
Blood Sugar Screening
Cholesterol Screening
Although every individual is unique, these basic health screenings are considered by doctors to be universal health indicators. HSS encourages members to learn about the importance of these tests and their role in health
risk assessment, disease prevention and detection. Save a record of the things you do at the fair so you can share this information with your physician. You must show your medical ID card to receive free health screenings.
Free Chair Massage
Visit our stress free oasis and receive a 10-minute chair massage. Members will be served in the order of their arrival. As a complimentary treatment to traditional medicine, massage has been shown to reduce stress, relieve stiffness and boost immunity.
Healthy Cooking & Fitness Demonstrations
Get some great recipes and sample healthy food tastings at the fair. We will also feature fitness demonstrations, including Zumba, Belly Dance, Pilates, Silver Sneakers, 24 Fitness Training and more.
