How long have you worked for the City?
This will be one year. I lucked out. I had a temporary position. This job opened up and I was hired.

What do you do?
I work at the library as an Assistant Supervisor for the custodians. Did you know that San Francisco has 30 libraries?

When was the last time you did business with HSS?
I think it was around December, when I signed up for my benefits as a new employee. I didn’t have health benefits at my previous job so when I got my health plan card I was really excited.
