The City & County of San Francisco offers eligible employees the opportunity to enroll themselves and eligible family members in medical, dental, vision and Flexible Spending Account benefits. Enrollment must take place within 30 days of start work date or no later than 30 days after a qualifying event.

City & County and Superior Court employees may also enroll annually in a Healthcare and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account. Depending on union contract, some City and Superior Court employees are also eligible for group life insurance or long term disability insurance.
